Take your personal, professional, and community growth to the next level with LA5 by LAS—a special five-month experience designed especially for those who are new to Leadership and Advancement Series (LAS).

LA5 brings together a small group of 12–15 peers and a highly accomplished community leader (“Mentor”) for a concentrated LAS experience. Over five months, you’ll build meaningful relationships, strengthen your professional skills, learn from an accomplished community leader, and connect with other emerging leaders in Phoenix.

This special cohort is designed to capture the heart of LAS in a shorter, more focused experience. You’ll learn from your peers, guest speakers, and your Mentor while gaining new perspectives and building the relationships and skills to help you take your next steps as a professional and community leader.

Who Should Apply: Jewish-identifying individuals in their mid-20s to late-30s who are ready to grow, connect, and take their leadership to the next level.

Program Dates: January–May 2027
Kick-Off Happy Hour: January 2027

Commitment: LA5 is designed to be an immersive, concentrated experience. Full attendance is expected to get the most out of the cohort and build meaningful connections with your peers and Mentor.

Program Fee: $75 (Financial support is available to make participation accessible for everyone.)

Leadership and Advancement Series Agreement

I understand that if chosen to participate in the Leadership and Advancement Series I will:

- Attend 5 small group sessions each lasting about 2 hours
- Attend a large all-groups event late spring
- Pay a $75 program fee upon acceptance
- Meet with a CJP staff member to discuss a meaningful gift to the Center for Jewish Philanthropy Annual Campaign
