2025 NowGen Leadership & Advancement Series

The Leadership and Advancement Series will provide professional, personal and community insights, skills and experiences that will assist in taking each area of your life to new heights. With groups of between ten to twelve individuals led by a highly successful, community leader ('mentor'), you will be able to learn from your peers, guest attendees and the community leader. Our Mentors have run major companies, transformed our community and changed organizations for the better - all with integrity and passion.

LAS will identify and engage the brightest young talent for the purpose of enhancing their personal skills and understanding of the Jewish community to prepare them to ultimately engage deeper in the Phoenix Jewish community.

Past mentors include Steve Hilton, Rachel Hoffer, Bob Silver, Steven Schwarz, Alison Betts, Morrie Aaron, Adam Goodman, & Michelle Kort.

Jewish-identifying individuals in their mid-20s to mid-40s are eligible to apply. LAS runs from August 2025 to May 2026, with a kick-off event on May 13, 2025.

Commitment is integral to creating a successful atmosphere and meaningful experience. This is an opportunity to strengthen ties with the community and experience both professional and personal growth. Therefore, we expect attendance at all sessions unless discussed with your mentor in advance.

Program Fee: $125; Financial support is available to help make access more inclusive for everyone.

Application Deadline: April 6, 2025
